Austin Proctor

Attorney

Austin is a proud Oklahoma native, raised in the South Oklahoma City/Moore area. He was recruited to play shortstop for the Southern Nazarene University baseball team, where he also earned his Bachelor of Science degree.

Motivated by a deep desire to serve others, Austin began his professional career as a social worker with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. His frequent presence in the courtroom during that time sparked an interest in the law, ultimately leading him to pursue a legal education. He attended Oklahoma City University School of Law and earned his J.D. in 2012.

Since then, Austin has gained experience across several areas of law. Early in his career, he worked at a firm focused on rendering title opinions for properties in Oklahoma and Ohio. His practice has since expanded to include a wide range of matters, including estate planning, family law, and civil litigation.

Outside the office, Austin enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, who keep him busy with bike rides, baseball games, and movie nights. He’s also an avid fan of disc golf and pickleball.
